Good to know

Does Counter require tipping?

No. Counter adds a service charge that's disclosed up front in place of tips, and says no tip is expected. That's why it's mapped as a no-pressure spot. Sourced from thecharlotteledger.com.

Is there a service charge at Counter?

Yes, a service charge, stated before you order. It replaces the tip, so there's no tip decision at the table.
